REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
You can register for camp using the following methods:

3. REGISTER ONLINE NOW! Our online registration procedure will allow you to register a camper online. You will be required to use a credit card and may either pay in full or pay the deposit only. A service charge is added to your fee.

REGISTER EARLY…!! ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED TO PROVIDE A BETTER CAMP EXPERIENCE

DEPOSITS: A $100.00 deposit is required to secure a space in our day and residential camps. The balance due for each camper is required within 10 days of the start of camp. Deposits are non-refundable.

DISCOUNTS:

  • Discounts for teams of 10 or more, attending our Junior Camp or Lil' Hawks Camp, is $15 per player.

  • Discounts for teams of 10 or more, attending our Senior Camp, is $25 per player.

  • There is also a $25 per player discount for daughters of current UNCW Faculty/Staff/Students

  • For campers that attend both our Lil' Hawks and Junior Day Camps camps, there is a $25 discount.

  • Our Lil’ Hawks and Junior camps also offer a “referral discount”. A $10 discount is awarded towards your registration fee for EACH camper that lists you as a reference on their registration forms.

  • There is also a $25 per player sibling discount.

  • Discounts cannot be combined.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: You can pay the camp fees by credit card using our online registration method. We do not handle credit card transactions at check-in or through the mail.

CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT: You will receive a written confirmation via US Mail, or by e-mail if you have supplied your e-mail address. Keep your cancelled check or credit card statement in addition to this confirmation letter.

ENROLLMENT PACKAGE: Along with your confirmation, you will receive a packet of information that will help you prepare for camp. Information such as directions to campus, what to bring, and your balance due will be included in a mailing or by electronic mail.
